Review on 🐶 RUFFWEAR, Flat Out Dog Collar (Formerly Hoopie), Webbing Collar: Ideal for Walking and Everyday Use by Brooke Nelson

UPDATE - after 7 months of wearing the new collar already has a lot of snags. With pictures of the damage both Ruffwear collars are the green ones we have used on our other dog for years with no problems. The blue one is the one we bought in mid 2018 and it has already started to fall apart and show visible wear and tear. I originally gave the collar a 4 star rating because it seemed like a much thinner material than what we already had, but I was hoping it wouldn't affect anything so I left it. Now looking at the two collars, don't think you ever guessed that the blue one was actually a lot newer. I still love Ruffwear but am very disappointed that the quality has changed so much.
