I love making fruit bowls so having extra bowls is great. My kids suck on fruit peels and they're a lot healthier than store-bought buns. I highly recommend oiling the sheet before placing fruit on it. I didn't use any oil in the first round and it was very difficult to get the fruit off the tray. For the second round, I smeared some olive oil on a paper towel and wiped it on the tray until it was coated with a small film of oil. Once the fruit peel was dehydrated, it came off immediately with no problem and you didn't taste the oil at all. I had a tear on one tray as it dehydrated the fruit skin (this was my fifth use). I'm not sure what happened there. I will contact the company to see if they will replace it as per their one year warranty they should. I only gave it three stars because one of the trays in the dehydrator cracked. Other trays have been solid so far. Since I dry all the time, I will always buy more sheets when I buy more trays for my dehydrator.
