The description is misleading. The bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers have arrived and the magnet easily picks them up. Although the description lists 18-8 stainless steel, an 18-2 bolt or washer can usually be picked up by a magnet. Even the box that arrived said "18-8 (304) S/S", which is different from most 18-8 stainless steel nuts and bolts you can get from MacMaster Carr, Grainger, etc. I'm not sure if you trust these magnetic bolts to attach against steel and aluminum.
