I'm always a bit nervous about buying refurbished electronics after one day I've burned out. But this phone exceeded my expectations. Aside from a small scratch on the screen, which isn't even noticeable unless it's at right angles to the light, this phone is immaculate. The blue color is nice and the mini size is just right for me since I upgraded from an iPhone 7. PROS: Transferring information from my previous phone was quick and easy. I just planted them side by side and the phone did all the hard work. Sound quality is good, apps open quickly and work efficiently. The lack of fingerprint ID and a home button took a while to get used to, but Face ID works almost immediately. The photos are amazing, the details are amazing. I have yet to explore all the new features, but low light photos are much better, especially of storms. Speech recognition and autocorrect in text messages seem more accurate than mine. 7. CONS: Sometimes wakes up a bit sluggish. It takes a few tries before it opens. And Siri seems to have a harder time understanding me or giving me accurate answers, but it might take a while for her to get used to my voice. All in all I'm very happy with this phone for the price. It's still higher than I'd like to pay but the refurbished was a lot cheaper and it was a long overdue upgrade.
