I recently had a knee surgery and was needing something that could help me stretch my muscles to help me regain my strength and this strap has been helping me jump in leap and bounds towards that goal! I started using the strap at my physical therapy sessions and I knew I needed to get one personally! Having the proper tools to help you rehab at home is the perfect thing to help you bounce back after a surgery and this strap is it! Best part, I can do the exercises on my own, NO EXCUSES!
