NOT easy to use NOT user friendly
Not easy to use at all. There is no quick start guide. Just a pdf with broken and hard to understand English. You have to install the software for use (WITHOUT online installation options) from the CD! How many laptops have CD/DVD players? There are many strange settings. It's definitely not something that needs to be set up and used right away. I had similar technical tools. It will take too long to complete all tasks! Pooh! Terrible.
