a good product. I've read reviews complaining about HEPA.

Well made, good product. I've read reviews about the HEPA filter not being suitable. However, I have noticed that if you remove the gasket on the filter, it fits just like the original. I assume this part can be used in several different models, some require a gasket and some don't? In this case, I would advise Crucial Vac to include a printed notice of this fact with the product. I bet this will cut into your profits significantly.
