This roller was perfect for our needs. We have a 14 x 34 foot chicken coop that I built out of wood and hurricane fencing (large diamond links) and we needed to add more protection at the base of the enclosure as we were protected from attacks by large creatures such as coyotes and mountain cats. But we have to watch out for smaller creatures like raccoons. The 3ft option is great because it allows me to place a 1ft guard at the bottom of the path and then bend it as it hits the ground and easily bury it 2ft from the path to keep burrowing creatures away. Just put some dirt on top and then some smooth rock and you've got some serious protection from smaller intruders that way, as well as nice looking piping around the area. like any of the smaller buns I've bought from big stores at a much smaller price that wins the day.
