Review on πŸ”₯ GAN Speed Cube Magic Stickerless: Unleash Your Speed and Skills! by Kris Feezy

large cube one of the non-magnetic large

Excellent for non-magnetic material. Because most cubes move in a magnetic direction, they have a certain feel and familiarity to them. But my first cube was GAN RSC, which was pretty good. R (now RS) is a great cube and better than RSC. Too bad they don't sell the original R anymore, the later made ones with the R badge are actually RS. Both are great, the RS feels and is lighter. The R had more weight and a slightly different feel (the curves were a little more dynamic), plus the colors aren't as bright. I remember a lot of people had them magnetized. Beginners would be fine with this, but the cube rotates quickly and beginners would miss this one. For beginners, it is better to start with a magnetic cube. You can watch YouTube if you want to know more. The cube fits well in my hand and is ready to use out of the box (for me), others may have different mileage as anyone with cube experience will tune the cube to their liking (YouTube too). I love the GAN series, their dice are ready to use and once set up they are really top notch dice. Even this one I solved with it for a few days before going back to X or my other networks (I have several of these, one day when I'm better I'll probably cut down the network...). .R-angle is well cut, not blocked, it seems smooth and is not a clicking or clicking cube (although I like clicking loud cubes, since my favorite keyboard is mechanical, and the sound of the typewriter that it makes, oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!) . . Pretty good dice but also has the price of GAN/iPhone dice. The only limitation is that there are other dice, cheaper and more magnetic, that can challenge this dice. I like strong magnets in my cubes, but I take the non-magnetic one and use it as my main cube just for reminders from time to time, and R is one of those cool non-magnetic cubes. However, I like how GANs keep the non-magnetic cube in its current composition all the time. If the price was lower, they would sell like hotcakes.

Pros
  • easy assembly
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
