I bought this USB 3.0 hub for use with astrophotography gear. I've used it in a variety of conditions, from freezing temperatures as low as -15°F to heavy dew during a Wisconsin summer that had water practically dripping onto my gear. It handled all of these conditions reliably and admirably - no other hub I've tried has performed as well. One minor downside - the 12V DC power connector on the hub isn't hardwired to the wires; This is a connection where you tighten a screw to hold the wire in place. The wire tends to slip out and will need to be re-inserted and the screws tightened periodically. Apart from this one shortcoming, I am very satisfied with this hub.
