This works great for me as a chiropractor! I like how it allows me to easily track my patients, and store their information in one place. It's easy to use, and very intuitive, so I can teach it to others without much training required. The system doesn't always recognize changes to the patient info that are updated through other apps or on other computers (such as Microsoft Word), especially when they're at different times of day. I like being able to manage the flow of new patients through this app. You can create templates, set reminders, etc., all from an easy-to-use interface that makes them accessible any time - even from home. I like the ability to scan directly into the system from my phone or tablet. The customer service is exceptional. They are always willing to work with me and make sure I am happy with the process. It is not perfect but we have been able to solve most of our problems. We are trying to get rid of paper in our office. There is nothing better than having everything scanned and stored digitally.
