A basic tool for a simple home.
I had one of these, the worker who built the fence for me stole it, he really liked it. I use it to create stone paths in my garden, to check the flatness of pictures or mirrors hanging on my walls, and for many other purposes. I have a much longer one for construction projects, but it's very handy and very useful. Basic tool, and the magnetic side is useful.
