UPDATE #2 After some discussions with Ematic they are not sending the missing charger as I have had the DVD player for over 10 days although I have filled out a review and it is as requested sent what they can not track. They can't even provide a part number or model number for the charger even though they offered to sell it to me for $20. I have no intention of ever buying anything from this manufacturer again, nor do I recommend that you do so. This device is still unusable, CANNOT CHARGE IT!, still no response from the manufacturer about the missing charger, an online coupon filled out with an offer to get a charger, no response, no confirmation, nothing from the manufacturer and the presence of one Lithium Polymer Battery You must have the correct charger or you risk a fire. Ready to remove the battery and fixed cable in the 12V cigarette lighter plug to be able to use it. Very dissatisfied with Ematic. The picture is good, the speakers are normal, the maximum volume without headphones is usually sufficient, the remote control and controls are easy to use, good value for money. However, what is unacceptable is that it did not include a charger or cigarette lighter plug and the 12V DC plug is not standard in the industry. There is no attempt to find a charger online that lists this model. So here I am with a portable device that I can't use until I find some sort of charger or power cord. Not even listed on the Ematic website. Skip this product.
