I use it in the kitchen to dry towels and dishes, and for general cleaning and wiping wet dogs. I even keep one in my purse to use as a napkin/bib when I'm about to eat because I can't seem to help but drop or throw food in front of me. They hold up to multiple washes and won't shrink. . If they get dirty, soak and wash them with bleach to bring them back. They stretch a little, but the seams don't tear. I have given them as useful homemade gifts to family and friends who weren't thrilled but realized how good they are for everyday use. You are not beautiful. but they do their job.
