Seems to be an inexpensive solution for placing sealed LED lights on a boat trailer that will be submerged in aggressive salt water. They were supposed to be replaced with incandescent bulbs, but they have one major problem: the wires are sticking out of the back of the light, and this bar doesn't allow the LED to mount flush with the trailer. I had to use a couple of washers to create a solid foundation that wouldn't stress those wires. It would be much better if these wires came out the side or top of the LED bulbs. That one drawback aside, they appear to be an excellent and inexpensive replacement for incandescent bulbs.
