I appreciate both the small size and lower price of a wool rug that is easy to take to a quilting class. I quickly realized that I really like using it and now I need a larger size for everyday use at home. One complaint is that the package comes with no instructions/suggestions. It was stated online to use a wool iron "for best results" - that's fine, but I use high heat for everything. My cotton rig immediately burned the carpet. I think there should have been product information and the internet should have said ONLY FOR WOOL. I contacted the seller who immediately called me back and offered to replace it. So for customer service: I would give 5 stars. Lack of instructions: I would give 4 stars. But I love this product and will buy an extra size to have one for home and one for travel.
