Great software for our organization! It has helped us raise more money with less staff time than we have had before using this system. The customer service at Clear Give was great - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. As far as I know there are no downsides other than you will need some training from your current team members on how best to use it and what features they can utilize most effectively. We just started using Clear GIVe but so far things seem pretty simple and easy to learn once one gets into them. Our biggest problem is that people aren't always sure where their donations go or if they're getting everything needed to be able to track things down easily. This helps eliminate those problems. We also like that donors can give online and then print out receipts right away which makes keeping track easier.
