Review on πŸ”ͺ Quartz Stone Wicked Edge Pack by Zach Sornsin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The title is absolutely correct!

We have a huge bunch of kitchen knives that have all become dull over the years. An estimate of how much it would cost to sharpen them for us was over $250. So this sharpener is expensive, but it pays for itself pretty quickly for me. And the fact that it's so well built and easy to use is a huge plus when it comes to sharpening all these knives. I've used it on the smallest things, from a slim pair of knives to a giant 12 inch chef's knife. Works great for everyone. And as I said in the title of this review, the product name is absolutely correct! With this thing you get Wicked Edge! I've gone from 100 grit to 1000 grit and these things are so sharp they'll cut your eyes just looking at them! But seriously, be very careful with this thing after sharpening! I just finished sharpening an 8 inch fillet knife and was about to rinse it off in the sink. My finger barely touched the edge. I didn't even feel it, but after a second blood was spurting madly from that spot. evil sharp! I would recommend it to anyone who has invested in a good set of knives. This thing will keep them perfectly sharp for decades.
