Go for foam! good for golf balls

When it comes to practice golf balls, always spend a few extra dollars and buy foam. Trust me, it's more than worth it for a number of reasons. Do they behave "like a real golf ball” as described here? Of course not, that would be physically impossible. However, given the choice between these options and the hollow or whistling ball type, there is absolutely nothing to compare. The coating is very durable, the foam snaps right back into place and gives a pretty solid feel. I haven't ripped one yet, even swinging the driver into the practice net at full throttle. On the other hand, hollow training balls are always destroyed and do not even remotely resemble real ones. A light breeze will also cause them to fly in who knows where, which of course isn't good if you're practicing shot accuracy. guess either: - This causes a lot of unnecessary wear on the net, and good ones don't come cheap. - No matter how experienced a golfer you are, total lack of a net remains a real possibility. Just a wild guess, but your neighbors probably won't appreciate a real ball flying through their window. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they came in a large, sealable drawstring bag. Sounds like a nit but I think it's a very nice touch as I'm a bag organization fanatic. After all, you can't go wrong with styrofoam balls, and they're certainly well made. At this price you can't beat them.
