Great exercise mat! It's a little pricey, but it's pretty durable. I have used mine on carpet just to protect my bike from dirt so I am impressed with the quality and how easy it is to clean. However, the underside is very smooth, so I could imagine it slipping a bit easily on a wooden floor. Luckily the weight of the bike on the mat keeps it on my carpet with only a little bit of slippage. Four stars out of five. (Would give it a 5 but it was quite expensive for what appears to be a rubber mat).
