Reliable up and down timer used weekly to smoke meat. Ideal for cooking at different temperatures. Only has +H and +M, not -H or -M, so you'll have to clear the setting and start over if you exceed your value. The magnet on the back wall is weak so it sometimes slips off the fridge. Received as a Father's Day gift, I have to yell "SABATIER!" with a bad French accent every time I use it. I would buy this again.
