I love that it allows me to create and save my own workflows, which are then automatically applied when needed, without having to manually code them each time.

It's also very easy to use once you get used to it! The only thing is that there isn't much in terms of "bells and whistles" as far as features go - but this doesn't bother me since they seem to be working towards adding more functionality with every release. This has allowed us to build out our workflow quicker than we had expected. We have been able to improve efficiency by using Variants instead of writing custom code for repetitive tasks like data entry or emailing files from one department to another.
