Wrong size sent

I did not receive the package of m3 x 5mm screws, I have #6-32 x 5mm screws. The diameter is too big. It was packaged in a large, hard, white bag marked m3 x 5mm, but when you open it you'll see a bunch of small bags of #6-32 screws. I really can't make a claim or return a $5 product. * Edited to include photos.
