Sometimes it can be good to pay for what you get!

I usually carry a lot of boxes and light materials in the back of a pickup truck. Until I bought this I put most of it in the back seat, although I would have preferred to put it in the bed. Now I don't have to stuff the back seat because I can put things in bed without fear of them exploding or flying out of bed on the freeway! I'm surprised at the negative reviews. People buy the item in this review and claim it is a professional heavy-duty net costing about 12x the price: https://www.amazon.com/Pickup-Truck-Cargo-Buckles-S- Hooks/ dp/ B01DWISJOK Long Bed Pickup Cargo Net 50" x 82" with Cam Buckles and S Hooks - US Cargo Management. You get what you pay for and you only have to pay for what you get. It's not always bad. A great network for the price. The net this review is intended for is not designed to hold mowers, nor is it designed to securely attach a heavy load to a truck bed or trailer. It's rubber (synthetic, of course) for goodness sake. It will stretch and break if overstretched. Heavy things will definitely move. If you need something to tie really heavy stuff, get what's listed above. But if, like me, you just need something to keep boxes or other secure items from popping out of your pickup truck bed, then this works fantastic. I used it for the first time last night on a trip of about 120 miles. The truck bed was full of boxes, but not overcrowded. There was also a wheelchair and a walker. This network kept everything secure; nothing jerks and nothing shifts. Another downside that people talk about is the quality of the hooks that come with it. Properly tensioned, with no more weight than this net was ever intended to secure, the hooks work flawlessly. The main downside is that they fall out when the net is loose and get terribly tangled when the net is folded. Don't avoid this net just for the snags. For just a few dollars, you can buy these carabiners and use them as a replacement for your hooks: AGPtek Aluminum Pumpkin Shaped Spring Clasp Carabiners for Home Camping Fishing Hiking Traveling and Keychains 2 Inch Assorted Colors ((Set of 36 ) The net works great with these carabiners, to attach it to my bed I used the following mounts on my pickup platform: Bull Ring 4001-XT 2 pairs, new and improved, quieter, stainless steel chassis, but 4 isn't really enough, I will add these to the standard mounting holes in a Chevy Silverado's bed: https://www.amazon.com/Bull-1001-2007-2017-Silverado-retractable/dp/B00CLUYFNA/ It will be even better with that.
