My daughter and I have started swimming in the indoor pool twice a week. We both found the (long) hair was dry and such and the skin also smelled of chlorine. Or regular shampoo didn't work as well as this one. We have ordered more and intend to continue using it. We usually use health food store hair products, also because regular products often leave a perfumed scent long after use, which I don't like. It has a mild, pleasant goon flavor but no lingering synthetic flavor. The tubes are ready to use and packed in a bet bag, which is very convenient.
