This product is good value for the money but broke a bit after the third use. Especially after peeling potatoes, there is a red "stop" button. The device I bought stops slicing potatoes but doesn't turn off when the slicing lever touches the red button. It smacks and tries to cut until I separate it from the wall. As soon as I lift and plug in the new potato cutter arm, it starts on its own (which it shouldn't) and repeats the same process as above. Two stars overall but discouraged by the issues I personally observed.
