Place on the mantelpiece. I get warm just looking at the clock. For $10 I love it! The dimensions of the clock are accurate and correct, the photo is true, they are sold in TOYS category. Last time I saw you can buy this watch for less than $10 (it sells for $25 in Hallmark stores). It seems unfair that some reviews give it a bad rating for being "smaller than expected" or not looking as expected. The given dimensions and photos show exactly what you will get. "It broke"? It's for show, not processing. "Looks cheap"? Looks like the photo, plastic. If the watch doesn't work or doesn't work at all, SEND IT BACK. The watch I received works and shows the correct time. Because this melting clock is a five-star object. I will buy another one as a gift, reminds me of Salvador Dali's painting "The Persistence of Memory".
