First of all I really like this product. A bundle of hair curlers with a pocket for accessories. I have very thick natural hair and it is enough for my whole head. The curlers themselves are well made. The rubberized tip may clog or show cosmetic damage, but this will not affect the end result or the health of your hair. Because the curlers are the same on both ends, you can change the direction of the curls by simply flipping them. ONLY COMPLAINT I This product has a hair stick. The hole is a decent size. Dense hair may need to be slightly curled at the roots to fit. The stick itself comes in a quantity of 3 pieces. Neither part seems to connect well and the top and middle sections almost always come loose when I try to feed the hair no matter how gentle I am. I'll experiment to see if glue or tape solves the problem. I couldn't use it on my hair before, but the wand stayed attached long enough to try it on my mannequin.
