After my son was born, I found that riding a Trek 4300 women's mountain bike was so painful that I cried when I got off it. I have a high pain threshold so you can imagine what that might mean in terms of pain intensity. Years and many stubborn pounds after birth, my newly developed larger body made riding a bike even more painful. I'm not an avid cyclist, but cycling is the only sport I enjoy. So I had to find a solution because sitting on my bike was so important to me. After finding this rotating bike seat for heavy/tall people, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because when I rode last night, I cried this time for a different reason: I was finally able to ride pain free for the first time in almost a decade. It fits perfectly on my Trek 4300 ladies bike. I just had to remove the old bearing seat with this seat and put the stem back on the bike and it worked flawlessly. They are about 2 or 3 inches. For shorter people like me this can be an issue if your bike size was close to being too big for you prior to using this seat. It's worth it because it's definitely a game changer. !
