I bought this hat to make my own Halloween costume. My kids want to be the Inklings from Nintendo's Splatoon. Inklings wear Takoroka mesh hats. These hats were the style closest to these hats. I create a stencil with leading spaces. I painted the Takoroka logo on the hat. I used fabric and acrylic paint to paint the logo. This hat works well with acrylic paint, but I wouldn't recommend using fabric paint. Fabric color runs too much. I think I have a larger than average head with a big forehead. This hat fits me with a notch on an adjustable size. I received this hat with no stains, creases or other defects. The color in the photos is exactly what I received. I am happy with this purchase and will buy from this seller again if the need arises. PROS: Quality materials The size slider has a reasonable number of sizes.
