I installed it on my under polyurethane made bumper and this is how it works.

Fitted to my polyurethane bumper and works as intended. I have fitted them to customers' cars and they work very well and keep their appearance even after the north east winter. The only downside is that I didn't get an extended mounting pin. If you can get an extended pin and latch at once, buy them and trim them as needed.
