The lower volume button does not work. When pressing down on the button volume button, it tune the radio. Other than that, the product does what it is meant for. Because of the difficulties in replacing these buttons, I am not going to bother with exchanging for another one. I'll learn to deal with it****Update*****After my initial review that the Seek and Volume module doesn't work properly, the vendor reached out to me via email apologizing for the product malfunction and will send me a replacement. I really appreciate the gesture and promise to update my review after I received and installed the new module.I updated new pics and a new video of the replacement model the vendor sent to me. Nothing has changed, the replacement is also bad. The volume up control actually turned down the volume and the down volume control seek the radio tuner.For this reason I keeping my rating a two stars. U wish that I can give a half a star for customer service.***Update****Since the second replacement was also not working correctly, this vendor sent me another module from a different source. They didn't have to and I am happy that they did. I recommend this vendor for their excellent customer service and their pro-activeness.Great job and keep up the good work.
