I had questions before ordering, and I received an answer in the same day via e-mail The person helping me had even anticipated my needs by including the directions on how to hook it up with the info I'd provided. Wow, I felt like that was an efficient and smart use of both of our time - smart. Even after receiving the switch, I had questions about the info on the ID label. I contacted them through live chat I was helped politely and quickly. I gotta say that was refreshing. I bought this to switch between a dust collector and a blower in my shop, with a 240v 20 amp light switch in front of it so I'm not using it as a light switch just a transfer switch. I went ahead bought two of them. I put one away as a backup should anything ever happen or it gets damaged, etc. This way I can fix any issue without worry or set backs. Looks just like the photo in the ad. Seems to be built very sturdy high impact plastic except the necessary metal components inside of course. Switching between contacts is smooth and doesn't catch or grind at all, but very firm also. So, it won't be getting switched by accident. The knob has just enough length to get a grip and leverage needed with ease even if you have old hands like me. :-)
