It's easy to use with multiple employees having access even when they are not at work or out in public so that customers can be served quickly by more than one individual without needing additional staff! The support team has been very helpful as well!! This software helped us get rid off our cash register which was old & slow while maintaining everything online through their website where we could also see all sales from different locations via an app (which you have no option but paying extra $$$). We used it mostly during holiday season since most people were doing some last minute shopping before Christmas break came around. But this program still worked great afterwards too because there isn't much downtime after your business closes unless someone forgets something that would normally require customer interaction like collecting payment info/credit card information etc..
