Review on AMD Ryzen 3 3100: Unlocked Quad-Core Desktop Processor for Enhanced Performance, including Wraith Stealth Cooler by Adam Borken-Hagen ᠌

I took it in early December for 7900, in conjunction with the gtx 1650. As it turned out, the processor is resting, loading the video card by 100 percent, while loading itself by 20-30%. In the future, even rtx 2060-2070 can be easily put on it. It's a pity, of course, that in turbo boost the frequency does not exceed 4000 MHz, but overclocking solves this problem (or maybe not a problem, even so performance is more than enough). It is moderately cold (in games it did not get warmer than 55 degrees). Great deal for the right price.
