The instruction manual was wrong and the machine didn't work properly.

The device has warmed up and may have been operating normally but was having trouble maintaining the correct temperature. The instructions didn't explain how to set the time, so I had to guess. When I set it up, it didn't start the countdown as intended, so I had to count out loud. I emailed the company with my concerns but when I did not receive a timely response I sent the product back through Revain. Thank you Revain for the amazing return policy.
