I love this shampoo, makes my bleached light blonde hair soft and silky when used in combination with conditioner. I have been using expensive shampoos and conditioners for many years and this brand certainly helps keep my hair healthy. I don't wash my hair every day and I still use leave-in conditioner and oil in addition to this shampoo. But I dip and blow dry my hair hot four times a week and it doesn't feel like straw. This shampoo is really great! Doesn't weigh down my fine hair like keratin shampoos, but still controls frizz.
