I love having this paper towel dispenser in my shop. A convenient way to keep paper towels on hand. It's a little tricky getting the center piece out to insert into the dispenser, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. My main complaint is that the paper towels are packaged in each box (6 rolls) and there is no protection for them. My last box was delivered on a rainy day and left on the porch steps. When I got home, the box got wet and fell apart. (photo) There is no plastic in the box to protect the paper. i wasn't happy Some of the towels were wet at the bottom and I laid them out to dry. That should not have happened. they must be wrapped in polyethylene. I've asked the USPS to leave my supplies by the side door under the canopy, they never do. So be aware that if it rains they will get wet and they will stand for a while. I was able to save mine. Maybe not next time
