Best Construction Materials Design Flaw

Torque Screws have 2 flats that fit a 5/32 inch wrench. My Sears Craftsman 5/32" wrench broke when I started tightening the cable, leaving me with an adjustable wrench or screw clamps or channel locks. The downside to the design is that the flats are not wide enough for small adjustable vise or channel locks. By the time I had them all tightened, the screws were actually scarred. If you use the recommended tightening sequence, you may only end up tightening a quarter turn at a time. This makes it a bit more difficult to use the 3" vise on cables.
