Very nice toy, works as advertised. Given my low expectations for a toy telescope/microscope in general, this works a lot better than I thought it would, which was a pleasant surprise. really shows the composition of different tissues, materials, almost like a real scientific microscope! The very thoughtful design of this toy allows my child to take it with him and point at different objects. We took it on a hiking trail and our kids had fun pointing them to leaves, flowers and ants and letting their inquisitive minds explore and learn about the different structures. You really can't ask for more from a toy microscope, which has been pretty solid so far (think we've dropped it once or twice but it still works!) and actually works as advertised. My friends have seen it and are already asking where to get it. Highly recommended. Thumbs up!
