I bought this 3-leg ladder to replace an old 2-leg ladder with no handles and railings. My new ladder is strong, stable and reliable. I painted the kitchen and bathroom in my apartment and will now use it whenever I need top shelf items. I am satisfied with the purchase of Veep. I have to say that assembling the shelf took me some time. The secret is to use both ratchets at the same time: one holds the bolt while the other tightens. I have very little experience with tools and finally figured it out. You must follow the instructions. (It helped a lot that my grandson loves Lego.)
