The best part of working with them was their customer service! They were always willing to help me out when I had questions or concerns about my account. There are some things you can't change in your profile such as where you live but they will do everything possible for you if it's within reason (ie not changing state). If there isn't anything wrong with your information then nothing should be changed unless requested by you. Make sure all info matches up 100% before submitting changes so you don't have any issues later down the road. We used Numeriar during our 2016 elections and we won every race except one county commissioner seat which ended up being close enough that no candidate received 50%.
