Works great in hot Arizona. Heats up quickly and keeps a little cooler than other thermostats. Fits perfectly in my 1990 Miata. Check the offers to make sure they fit your vehicle. I seem to have to change thermostats every 2-3 years here in the hot desert. Older thermostats would intermittently not open and would get stuck closed or partially closed, causing high temperatures when the outside temperature was above 90 degrees or so. Let's see if one lasts longer than the others.
