Review on DALSTRONG Crixus Gladiator Cleaver Hybrid by Wendy Lee

I used this knife for several months after receiving it before writing my review and I don't write reviews at all. The knife is very sharp, which is to be expected from a new knife, but it still holds its edge and I didn't have to touch it up. This is a great knife when using the swinging technique to cut most ingredients due to its curved blade. There aren't many cuts, but you can get by with some root crops. Slicing meat as directed is great, slicing almost any meat with a knife and even large vegetables is great. It's comfortable to hold, not a very heavy handle or blade, which will be great for most people. Well balanced. The packaging is very beautiful. and the sheath is a great addition as it eliminates the need to purchase one which would have been impossible due to the unique shape of the blade. All in all a great knife for everyone who cooks and works a lot with meat, whether professional chefs or hobby cooks, I can warmly recommend it to all knife lovers!
