I love that it's an open, honest environment where people are free to be themselves. It is also very easy for me as someone who has been in HR my entire career. The only thing I dislike about weeklies is how long it takes to get responses back from managers. Sometimes you have no idea if your feedback was heard or not. If you're looking for something simple but effective this could be just what you need! We've had great success with getting employee feedback through weekly meetings. There isn't much else we can do when they don't feel comfortable giving us direct feedback during our regular one-on-one time.
