Serious product design issues

Anyone who owns this card will know that this punch card does not fit every size planner advertised by this company and it does not work for all sizes advertised by this company they give recommendations perforation. If you follow the instructions, you'll end up with one punch that overlaps with the other, giving you an oversized hole. You can compensate to some degree by removing the last hole punch in the settings when you turn the page to punch the second half, but the spacing between the holed areas is uneven! I wrote to the company to see how they would react and all I got,
