Review on 🔧 Black Draw-Tite 6715 Front Mount Spare Tire Carrier by Michael Robinson

Installed on my mini trailer. Very well done. It supports my 33-inch (60-pound) off-road tire with no problem. This is partly due to the slight inclination of the mounting surface of the holder wheel (see illustration). It distributes the weight of the wheel between the holder and the wheel studs. It was strictly vertical, the lugs would support the full weight of the wheel/tire. I just wish they used full size cleats. This would allow for standard locking lugs to prevent the spare tire from being stolen.
