I put E-PL1 on the carcass. I use. In general - quite satisfied. By weight as a regular 14-42. Now I think that if 14 mm has an aperture of 2.5 more honest than this one, then you can take it. The width is sometimes not enough, and the use of aperture less than 2 always makes you wonder if the edges of the photo are needed. And so - a great compact lens for every day! Got pros: Small. Quite sharp, especially in the center. Light-fast (see drawback). Strong! Good bokeh :) The front lens does not rotate when focusing - it is convenient to use a polarizer. ated after almost 2 years of use: Everything is working. I fell on the lens more than once and nothing, only the palstic shook in places. Almost never took a picture with the camera. I use only it and ultrazoom. Only he turned out to be acceptable for shooting a child at home with acceptable noise (I didnβt try a 14 mm fix, but the regular one with its aperture gives such an exposure that almost all photos are smeared (you canβt force a child to freeze in the frame .)) Highly recommended for home photo! :) Its cons: Focuses for a long time. The firmware of the carcass slightly improved the situation, but the child manages to run away while he is aiming :) Aperture is declared 1.7 in fact it has a hell of a blockage at the edges of the frame. When shooting objects with the sky is very noticeable. The center is light, the rest is sinking. Similar shots can be taken from about 2.5-3. On a portrait, etc. not so noticeable - it's not the edges of the frame that are important. Price. For this money I would not buy. I took almost new from my hands. Although, now it has significantly fallen in price.
