I didn't like that the adhesive didn't stick to my newly bought car but I've had this mount since 2019 so I've changed the gasket 3 times. I eventually got in touch with the company and after speaking to them I realized I didn't think it would fit because my dashboard was vinyl leather. I was confused. UNTIL THE COMPANY GOES HIGHER AND HIGHER. They got in touch and asked what was the matter I explained and the package was sent straight away, straight away with the vent clip attached and tried that method instead. Well I did it and it works! That's great! I have a large phone, heavy with a case (Galaxy S20 Ultra) and it holds up well. Will not fall off and is very durable. This company really went out of their way and I'm so glad I bought from them. Thanks again!
