Review on 🍴 [3.5 Inch] Fukep Paring Knife - Ultra Sharp 3.5 Inch Small Fruit Knife, Damascus VG10 Core Steel with 66 Layers of High Carbon Steel and Classical Pattern Handle by Christine Gillis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Contradictory, boring and undersized but well made

Advantages: attractive, looks well made. Probably dishwasher safe which was a selling point and I appreciate it. Although to be honest I haven't fully tested it yet. Cons: Not sharp at all, very disappointed that it needs sharpening right out of the box. Made for very small hands and medium/large hands, it's the last choice for my chopping and dicing tasks. Even if, because I have to sharpen it first. Did I mention it's boring? Yes. Strange that they sent it that way. I mean, that amazingly sharp, professional sharpness is one of the biggest reasons I get excited when I rarely spend money on a new, quality knife. you too, right?

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Something different
